Billing questions
How much does MenuToPay cost?
Plans start at ₹999/month for one location and scale up to a custom Enterprise plan for hotels and multi-outlet properties — see our Pricing page. Every plan gets the same core platform: QR ordering, KDS, GST invoicing and 0% commission on orders.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Diners pay your UPI ID directly, so the money reaches your bank account with no intermediary. MenuToPay only charges the plan subscription.
How do I pay the subscription?
From your console: tap Pay on the Home screen, scan the QR with any UPI app, and enter the UPI reference number. We confirm it and your plan is extended — pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Bank transfer and cheque work too. Nothing is charged automatically, and we email you a reminder 7 days and 1 day before your plan or trial ends. Renewals extend from your current expiry, so paying early never loses days.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Growth and Business plans include multiple locations with live KDS under one account — each gets its own QR links, menu, stock and GST invoice series, with combined head-office analytics. Running a large hotel property or many outlets? Enterprise covers unlimited locations.
